At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Processing

After your order has been placed successfully, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

MAY & LILY is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

• No one is available to receive the package (where a signature is required);

• The delivery address is incorrect;

• The package is refused without a valid reason;

the parcel may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
